“I use an eclectic approach to therapy, tailored to the goals and preferences of the client, and based on extensive training and experience. My treatment style is integrative and strength-based, which includes techniques from crisis management, cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma informed therapy, psychodynamic therapy, family systems approach, and motivational interviewing. I combine psychotherapeutic interventions with mindfulness when needed to achieve stress reduction, self-awareness, and self-expression. I enjoy nothing more than bringing out the best in others, seeing them grow and helping them attain the happiness which has eluded them.”
